Owning Your Own Voice in Midlife with Lisa Nichols

One of my favorite people in the WHOLE PLANET is with us today! Lisa Nichols changed my life about 15 years ago. When I was at my rock bottom, in my darkest moments, when my life felt like it was completely fallen apart, I had a moment of HOPE. I turned on the TV and Oprah had a guest…Lisa Nichols. She was talking about vision, and possibility, and focusing on going forward instead of the circumstances of what currently is. Years later we met, she became my coach, we became friends, and she has helped me time and time again with my vision and my VOICE. I absolutely LOVE HER as a “sister friend” in her words and I KNOW you will love her too!

GenX Unfiltered and Real Talk with The Real Slim Sherri

I LOVE TheRealSlimSherri’s outlook on life and how she is FULLY thriving in midlife. She defies the odds, tells it how it is, and takes something that might make someone spiral and turns it into something empowering. She spent her entire year being 49 grieving her youth and fearing turning 50. 50 hit, and a new door opened for her. From thinking she’d start social media for her business to actually just having FUN on social, she has used her platforms to shine light onto midlife situations for us.

The Midlife Vajayjay with Dr. Anna Cabeca

Dr. Anna Cabeca (aka The Girlfriend Doctor) is the best! She is wicked smart and full of SUCH good information. Today I had her on because we are here to talk about the Midlife Va Jay Jay! Issues like dryness, sexual health, appearance changes, and what the heck is what happens when we sneeze?! I know a lot of women are walking around embarrassed about this, but I want to bring light to what is normal and expected and to let you know that you’re not alone! Let’s dive in!

Being Fitter Than Fit at Almost 60 with Clark Bartram

Clark is one of my FAVORITE humans, who does NOT look like your average 59 year old. He lives the work and is as fit as they come. I really wanted to have a guys perspective on the show to school us on how to be THIS fit in midlife. We are both in alignment in how midlife should look. It’s a simple shift from where you’re currently at to where you COULD be and SHOULD be!
