Comfort Zones Don’t Help You Grow

They say change is good for you…

They say discomfort leads to growth

They say you have to be willing to let go of what you “think” you know to be available for “possibilities”…

I think “they” are right! 🤣

The last 10 weeks have been a whirlwind…

💕Moved from San Diego to Scottsdale

💕 Celebrated my 52nd bday the way I wanted to not worrying about what others expected me to do

💕Cried about “leaving” my close girlfriends but committed to meet a many NEW people to ADD to my friends (and I did) – reframed

💕Went to the Dominican Republic to teach, explore and apparently sweat it out for hours in full 80s attire – thong leotard and allllll

💕Traveled BACK to Southern CA 6 times in 6 weeks because WHY NOT. It doesn’t have to be an either or.

💕Traveled back to DC with my husband and daughter to spend Thanksgiving with my family because I had not done so in many years.

💕Decided to REMOVE and not replace my ruptured implants because I’m in it to live long and healthy and these TATAs just don’t matter to me anymore (if you missed it or want to learn more about my decision you can listen to these two podcast interviews I did: Breast Implant Illness and Explant Preparation with Erin Souza and Breast Implants… The Decisions, The Regrets, The Issues with Dr. Amie Hornaman

💕Spent 4 days in an intense personal development/communications certification despite believing before that I didn’t have the “time”

In midlife we notice that life keeps moving on (faster and faster) regardless of if we decide to be a judging observer, stuck in the past or be an active participant in creating new realities for ourselves.

I plan to keep participating and playing FULL OUT…and I hope YOU do too!
